We ask you to make a personal commitment, even if you are skeptical about the value of this type of material, to plunge enthusiastically into a semester-long study of some vital issues facing students in college everywhere. You may or may not change your minds at semester’s end. We will take nothing personally. We will let the chips fall where they may.
