Everyone, at some point in life, has felt stressed or frustrated about something; sometimes we feel overwhelmed, as if we can't take it anymore. Yes, it is difficult to believe, but there are actually a million other things to do that can help you figure it all out and feel much better. There are people that keep a personal journal, others talk to their friends or family members, but there's also people that take their time and meditate. And no, it's not just a religious practice done in India; it's a method of relaxation that can be done by anyone and everyone, if they wish to do so. Even though sometimes life seems to be too difficult, and we just want to give up on everything, we should keep in mind our life goals, which act as motivation for us to keep going. It doesn't matter how hard the situation gets, there's always something that seems to be our little light at the end of the tunnel.
Is there any relation between meditating and setting life goals? Actually, they both function as means for us to feel motivated to keep working hard in whatever it is we have to do. By meditating, we're focusing ourselves in something specific; we keep our thoughts from wandering about multiple things. For instance, we've all had those days when we have too much homework, or too many issues to work on, and it gets to the point where we need to take a minute to just breathe. When people meditate, they're focusing their attention in a single thing, and it helps them to solve their issues one by one; this is the way it must be done, one step at the time until we reach the mountain peek. But, why are goals important in this entire situation? To begin with, goals must be set since an early age; people must make up their minds on what it is they want to do with their life, and then spend most of it working until their goals are no longer dreams, but become a reality.
Goals vary from one person to the other, and there's always people that give

How to Make Wealth – Paul Graham

Astronomers have wondered for ages about the existence of dark matter. The truth is astronomers aren't sure what dark matter is made of, but they think that it does exist in space. Dark matter is thought to exist as large black rings surrounding galaxies. The space between planets and stars isn't just nothing, it's probably matter of some sort. The consensus seems to be that it's made up of small subatomic particles called MACHOs (MAssive Compact Halo Objects) and WIMPs (Weakly Interacting Massive Particles). They aren't as big as atoms, but they're made of the same materials as atoms are. Astronomers think that WIMPs are between 10 to 100 times the size of protons, and that they may account for much of dark matter. So dark matter is full of WIMPs!
The first evidence of dark matter was found in clusters of galaxies in 1933. Astronomer Fritz Zwicky discovered that the "mass of luminous material in a cluster of galaxies was much less than the total mass of the cluster implied by the velocities of the galaxies. ?
Later in the 1970's astronomer Vera Rubin conducted a study on the rotation of galaxies. The velocity of the stars in a galaxy was measured using a radio telescope. If you look at a spiral galaxy, some stars will be moving toward you and some will be moving away because of the rotation of the disk. By plotting the velocity in these stars he realized the stars near the edge of the galaxy were moving at the same speed as stars in the middle.
In the year 2000 using the NSF Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory in Chile and a method known as "weak gravitational lensing ?, a group of scientists from Bell Labs, were the first to map the distribution of dark matter over large portions of the sky. The team analyzed the light from 145,000 very distant galaxies for evidence of distortions produced by the gravitational pull of dark matter that lay in their paths. To observers, the light fr
